About Andrew Fastow

Andrew Fastow served as CFO of Enron Corp. from 1998 to 2001, during one of the most scrutinised corporate collapses in history. In 2004, he pled guilty to two counts of securities fraud and served a six-year federal prison sentence, completing it in 2011. Notably, Mr. Fastow is the only Enron executive to have taken full responsibility for his actions and has publicly expressed remorse on numerous occasions.

Beyond his sentence, Mr. Fastow forfeited significantly more than he ever earned at Enron and is credited as the individual most instrumental in recovering $6 billion for Enron shareholders.

Today, he consults with Management, Boards of Directors, Attorneys, and Hedge Funds - helping organisations identify critical finance, accounting, compensation, and cultural vulnerabilities before they become crises. His training sessions are widely regarded as some of the most candid and impactful in the field of corporate risk and ethics.
